Where to puy Electric Plugs

     Hi Lads,

So I changed out my bars on the weekend - all good - but in the process I broke the clip on one of the multi plug that controls the indicators etc and the bastard has come undone, so now I need to pull the tank.  I could just tape it up but thought... if they are easily had, I would just replace them.

Anyone know where I can get these - and what they are actually called?

    They are these ones...

I've repaired plugs that pull apart easily before, by using Electrical shrink wrap.
Buy some that you can just slip over the plugs, grab a hair drier, heat up the shrink wrap, wrap shrinks and no more plug coming undone.

Perthogs suggestion does work too, but I find the shrink wraps, more robust.

You could also go to JayCar as they have a lot of plugs some that are semilar to Harley style as well.

    Thanks lads,

I have taped it up for now, but I need to do a better job. The problem is getting to the bastard! I can get the tank back a bit, but ideally it needs to come off. :(

I will get some new plugs and the next empty tank ( i just filled it) I will rip it off and do fix it!

ANDO - Where do you put the T-Piece? Mine has the quick release fuel connector.

WILL - They look good, but I would have to change both, as they have different clips to hold it. But thanks... I am getting closer. :)

Not the fuel line to the injectors but the crossover line under the front of the tank, stops fuel pissing everywhere when draining the tank for removal.
