    Welcome Aussiehoon
Does the alarm go of if you move the bike or only when you turn the ignition on. Its posable the tssm is set to transport mode ?.  If the bike is parked around strong electrical curant it can screw up the signal from the FOB.

I gave a wind up 240volts power extension which I plug the trickle charger into under the front wheel but this was never an issue in the past ? I will go and take the power extension away to see if this works. The alarm goes off  when I turn the ignition on and won't turn over just nothing.   Thanks for your input tho .

Hey HogBag shouldn`t the transport mode automaticaly deactivate when ignition is next turned on ?

Mine did this once Aussiehoon and not sure why or if it fixed it but i took the fob out of range then turned the ignition on and off the returned with the fob and tried again , all was ok , strange , are the indicators flashing or anything ?
Did ya try the manual ?

Took the power extension away no good have moved the fobs out of range same no joy. The alarm sound is not as loud as it should be throughout thankfully it seems quieter than normal by a big margin but still goes off with indicators flashing, have tried to manual disarm just sets the alarm off ! Appreciate your help

Did you buy the right batteries for the fobs? There are a few that look the same, but they have different numbers and they don't work.

I would try turning the ignition on and pulling the main maxi fuse then give it a few minutes to reset the ECM and hopefully the tssm . Plug the maxi fuse back in with the ignition on. I will read my diagnostic manual after work and see if I can find a fix. If you send me a PM with your email address I can send you a few pages on how to check the system over and reset the a new sercurity code number

Check that the batteries are the correct way up in the fob.    Don't ask how I know.

Fucking told you it was the fob(s)

It was the first thing I suspected.

Duff "new" batteries , shit who woulda thought it !! If I had come round we woulda tried the new one in my wallet, that woulda fixed it !!

In hindsight ( always a wonderful thing !) I have seen duff new batteries before in my years of experience...

I will call tonight mate to de-brief...
