Anbody know where to buy helmet stickers?

I have a shoei "Dot 3", but no Oz sticker.

It'll be going on a fullface ( RF-1100 ), which i hardly wear.

New a bloke a few years ago who peeled the Australian Standards sticker of his fridge and put it on his lid. Like he said how many coppers know what the number is

The best way in my opinion is get cheap lid on ebay for 10-15 bucks n peel the outside sticker off. I did that and worked fine. Also in regards to internal tag m not sure how that will work as I have genuine legal helmet with all the inside tag faded in less than 2 years usage and you can't tell what was there so it won't stay for long on your lid even if you put one there. I won't be bothered with that. Just MHO

 yeah when I got pulled over for the third degree just because I was riding a Harley they checked the inside of my helmet. I was pissed as I hadn't commited any traffic offence, they just wanted to get me for something.My helmet is legal but my pipes are not.So hello EPA and some  quick pipe changing.

I've had to remove my lid a few times so they can check the stitched label matches the sticker. Also, I thought if you peeled off the AS/NZS sticker it says "void void void" under it and you can't re-use it?

Bugger.  I just need to find a source of the internal labels now then...

Get a piece of white rayon cloth and tape the whole outside to a piece of A4 paper, find the standards label on the net, copy it and put the rayon through the printer, but make absolutely sure it is dry or the ink will run, then get a piece of A4 clear contact and stick it over the rayon transfer and stitch it into place, it don't run or fade away, and it looks nice and legal. But I still make sure my lid is legal now anyway, I saw what a non legal helmet can do, not a pretty sight.

 Hey Rob, thats what i have been waiting for, The bell range to come back again. I had the heads up in may that they would be back here in late sept but then it got pushed back to late november so its not far away huh? I like the custom 500 personally. We will see what they have.

if u after a sticker easy go to a shop that sells mr2 helmets look for the leather helmet the sticker doesnt stic to leatther like a flat surface it comes straight of with out leaving a viod residue i taken a few  

 Shit i have never thouhgt about these stickers, the last lid i bought i didn't read the sticker i just peeled it straight off didn't want that stupid shiny bit of crap on my lid and your right there was a void thing under it, so i thought  i s'pose i shouldn't have done that then i saw the other inside and said fuck it theres another and been wearing same lid without sticker for three years and never been questioned about it been pulled over a few times to, so must depend where you are and how draconian the establishment are about enforcing these things, i think my helmet would still work without the sticker that would be my argument probably get me knowhere though!  

yeah any halfwit can see the diff between nov & real helm so if it looks like u got the legal one on pigs wouldnt hassle u as much id say  , my legal hel is the leather mr2 anyway so sticker wont last long as it dont stic properly so i ripped it off also

They can't confiscate your property, even if it is a novelty one. How did they get away with that. That is classed as stealing. You have to be arrested first for them to take anything. And then they have to have reasonable grounds to arrest you. That was wrong!
