Yeah , definately wishful thinkin that used bikes and second hand bling actually appreciate like that , unless boxed up and put away for 50yrs as chopaweeza was sayin ?
Then again although abusing them a bit at times , mines gotta be worth at least a million bucks "too me" , as was the one before that , though , i did jump at the $26600 trade-in i was offered by the local stealer after calling in for a free minor clutch adjustment on returning from a trip up north , 3 and a half years ago now !

I fail to understand why anyone would want to buy a bike then never use it. even the anniversary models were made to be ridden, so for me, it is a bike so let's ride it. I admit I am waiting for my FLSTCANV to arrive, then I am planning to have a couple of things changed then I am looking at riding it to Melbourne for the 110th party, the part that pisses me off is when you are trying to sell it doesn't matter about all the time and money spent on the thing, they want it cheaper, but if you are buyin, all of a sudden it is very important.
