Has anyone put jac-knife highway pegs on a Crossbones yet?

......   or road king  ??          sorry surf dude.

actually would like a review from anyone thats using these as there is not too much info around.

 

 I've got some I'm planing to put on next week before I head off on a 1200km ride. I'll let you know what I reckon when I get back.

High way Pegs were an easy install. Had a 2000km run and they were the ducks guts, totally brilliant. Unfortunately i lost one of the pegs on the run at 575Km and that was on a straight, upright. Possibly due to poor installation, so if your going to use locktite use a stronger version than the blue! Lucky i didnt knock one of the guys behind me heads off!

I still have one though and it provides and excellent alternate comfortable riding position.

They do grind if your enthusiastic when you ride theres no doubt, but what i will do (if i can get the spare peg as a replacement part) is get a second set of boards, have one for spirited riding and another set for the long haul and just change them over quickly and easily as required. EASY!
