joined to learn. I have a 89 flsts which I have owned for a few years , and retained along with my hound and heaps of debt from my ex wife of 13 years who went back to America to live with Brian.

I am out of the game for a bit with some medical issues so have been working on my old girl.

i do what I can with whatever I have. 

 

The bike is original, why fix what don't need fixing but rides and stops the way I like it.

rewired, re worked suspension , fresh 2 PAC from the clothes line and brake upgrade. mikuni carb on the plane.

next will be a cam, and decent 2into1 system.

 

aint much but it,s mine.

 Hi Pauly, I hope that you will be on the mend soon. I bet you wish you were well enough to be out and about with your knees in the breeze. It sucks to be grounded, especially when it's nice and warm and sunny outside.

It's coming along f aster than me it seem, had full on baffles welded in today so should keep em away and another day tomorrow. I am jerry rigging wiring tomorrow she will run. Then meds and pain. Cheers.

Was think today, this bike has always made me super happy, had many mods along the way, most from eBay, swaps and bins is getting to be my ideal, so many fuck ups, wrong parts that cost me 5 weeks to save for, but in the end she is looking cooler to me each day. I see some real nice bikes on here, so much cool stuff and real neat and clean..sadly don't think my bike in he 1st 15 years lived inside at all. Can't polish. Turd but can make it yours.
