I've got a 2007 dyna with a 103 kit with standard heads and i'm trying to find out what type of cams would make it go better. Any help would be great.

I'm not worried about fuel economy. I just want it to go the hardest I can without changing the heads yet. I have plans on a fair bit of work down the track, but just trying to get the best bang for bucks at the moment.

what he is trying to say is where do you want your power. If you want to stay SE and you want power down low something like 254e's but they will run out top end a mate of mine has those in his 96" Street Bob goes bloody hard down low. If you want more top end go the 259e's they come on really strong top end, you'll be limited to your lift with your standard heads unless you upgrade your springs as well. But there are plenty of others that will drive you hard and depending on who you talk to some will say Woods6's others will say S&S 585's. If you're going to up your compression later and stay with a 103 and cleanup your heads I would recommend the 259e cams from SE, you'll have a ton of fun with them on your light bike!!!

FYI - I have the Andrews 57 and for me, they rock. I had the bike step out on me today on a bit of slick road. I was in second and cracked the throttle which caused my arse end to break traction. Frightened shit out of me!! LOL!!

They are perfect for my riding style, but I took about 3 months to pick a cam. :)

Yep. I would do the research and find out what riding style you want and then track down the cam that does what you want. Like I have said before, I took me months to settle on my cam, but I am glad I took the time to research what I wanted, because the result was exactly what I was looking for!!

Your not wrong about confusing and lots of choices! i have an 09 bob, 96 cube,V&H straight shots, screamin eagle A/C and power comander. i took mongrels advice an looked in to the andrews 57h but they are on back order and not avalible until mid November from the USA. So i thought i would then go for the 37H as they are very similar and all reports from anyone who sells or has installed them say they are an excellent choice. I then looked at the screamin eagle 254e cam as it is relatively new design etc, but decided to ask the service guys at Morgan and Wacker for an opinion and got another cam thrown in the mix, the SE 204. i had a look at the spec sheet and it is very similar to the andrews 37h from what i can see and i know i can get the SE 254e for around $370 which is only around $50 cheaper then getting the andrews from the USA.

I am going to harley in the next day or 2 to pick up quickee pushrods, covers and install kit so cam choice has now come down to the 204 or 254e. Another mate has the 259e cams in his 103 streetbob and is really happy with the cams mid range performance, but lacked a little bottom end for his liking.

Sorry guys, SE cams are about $50 dearer than i can get the Andrews from the USA, but who knows how long they would take to get here so it will be one of the SE range. Any last minute  recomendations?

Guys - If you can't get the Andrews 57h, have a look at the T-Man Performance T555 Torqster!!
