Mounting V & H Fuel Pak in a 2007 Sportster can be a real challenge.  To get it to mount under the left side cover with the Maxi-Fuse and still be able to close the side cover and have it stay closed is a problem.  Have any of you had this problem?  Do you have a solution?  I think I may have solved the problem by careful location of the Fuel Pak box.  Time and a few rides will tell.  If this still doesn't keep the side cover closed, I may have to go back to holding it closed with a tie-wrap after removing the front HD clip.  The problem with that is that you cannot open the sice cover without removing the seat first.  Comments?
 

I re-programmed the Fuel Pak from a V&H "map" that I got from V&H.  Made all the difference in the world, the way the bike runs now.
