Hi,

     Has anyone had or know of someone in oz having a frame replaced by Harley with matching VIN numbers from damage that deems the frame a write off. I asked a dealer the other day who told me Harley doesnt do this anymore, however after posting on the US forum found that it still happens. Wasnt sure if perhaps it was just on pure laziness of the dealership I spoke to and not wanting to know, or if Harley arent doing it worldwide which to me would seem strange if they still provide the service in their own backyard and are an international icon.

I'd send head office (USA) an email and ask them.

That way if they say they do, you can print it off & get your HD Dealer to play ball.
