Hey mate
I have a set of Big Shot Staggereds with the quiet baffles installed on my 06 injected Deuce. I also fitted a PCIII module and high flow filter at the same time at my local Harley performance shop.
All up, my HP increased from the standard 60 ponies to just a fraction over 70.
It's hard to say how much the pipes contributed to the Hp gains cause i did the High flow and PCIII mods on the same day. I did notice how much more responsive the bike was immediately though, felt as though it had been awaken which sounds a bit wanky but it's true.
I think the quiet baffles were definately worth the extra 150 or so bucks, they tone the Db's down a bit but also seem to take the raspiness out of the standard BSS note.
These pipes look awesome in my opinion and i love the real hot rod sound they produce, especially when ripping up through the gears when you twist the wick on a bit!
As you probably know, you will get better Hp numbers if you fitted a 2 int 1 system to your bike but the Big Shots smack them out of the park in the looks department in my humble opinion!
Anyway, hope this helps ya mate.
Deuced
Except for the 2-1, the big shots are the pipe being recommended. I went for the short shots. Bit louder. Was told by super cycles yesterday that the baffels made little difference to the loudness so cannot comment there. Frasers put mine on the dyno and I think the hp I got was mid 70's. Not sure how well calibrated their new dyno setup is!!!!
ur such a conservative Mr Fat. Is this how I will end up?
this is to uncle ho.how much did frasers charge to do that work for ya dyno ect..
Sir Garfield.... how much diference did the baffles make? Super Cycles said that don't waste your cash as they make very little diff....
snagger... PM sent...
