will a 20mm belt work on a 25mm pulley.i am wanting to run a 200 tyre on a 2011 blackline and have to run a 20mm belt to clear the 200 tyre as it has a 25mm belt at the moment and it wont clear i am told. so will it be a problem the pulley being 5mm wider than the belt.or does anyone have a 20mm pulley they would like to sell if this could be a problem

you can get your pully machined down to 20mm

By the sounds of that, there isn't enough room to space the existing 25 mm pullys 5 mm out.  (from the tyre). ???

That being so, you really would have to go to 20 mm pullys to keep the belt from tending to run inwards on a 25 mm pully and onto the tyre.

To force  a 20 mm belt to always run on one side (outside) of 25 mm pullys you would have to set the pullys up slightly out of line,,, not acceptable.

thay take the outer back ring off your pulley than remove some width from the teeth than put the ring back on .
