Hey Locadd one way to do it is buy the "Chopper Cookbook" its got an orange cover and a digger style bike on the cover. Its an old school book from back in the day but has a really good section on raking. If I had my copy with me Id scan the pages for you. Anyways armed with that I'd be approaching a engineering firm and getting them to do it, would be less that an hour or so work if you already had the tanks, battery removed and the front end loose. Must be someone in the Bunbury region like that I would assume. You will need the front end you want to run ready for it so you can get the rake you are after. Also perhaps have a search on rake and trail and do your calcs 1st so you dont end up with an evil handling piece of proverbial. Hope this is of somehelp.

If you arent sure on who down south can do it maybe contact Ben at Ferret Boiler making ay Maddington. He is a car and bike guy and someone I'd trust with the work if he was willing to do it.
