I noticed both the blinkers are loose on my Streetbob when I picked it up. One was loose at the end so I turned half a turn and and its good and tight, but the other is loose at the end that connects to the rear fender. 

I checked the manual, but mine appears to be a different setup.  In the manual it has a screw or bolt (I forget which) that you can tighten, but mine has neither.  Its got a metal bracket and what looks like a cylendrical nut, except the nut doesn't seem to be connected to the bracket and I can't figure out how it would unless its meant to be part of the bracket?
