test rode a Hammer up in newie a couple of years ago before I bought the dyna. the finish didnt seem too bad , not that I looked too closely, but didnt like the handling and power delivery and once i test rode the dyna was convinced it was my next ride

I don't like the styling of them sorry........
 

 I like the Victory's (aside from the big tourers), they look good and come equipped. The only thing for me is the exhausts on the Victory's are dog ugly, so an immediate change needed there.

Still shits me with HD that basics such as brakes and suspension need to be upgraded just to get.a decent ride. Seriously guys HD could learn something here as soul counts for jack shit when the arse end of your bike follows its own track on a corner cos the standard shocks are only suitable for a postie bike.

The latest Australian Motorcycle News magazine gave them a rave review.

Not for me though I reckon they'll do well in the market, particularly the next generation of Riders coming through. Price is good too.

I'm too old school and I love old school styling whereas the Polaris is all swept back Arlen Ness Spaceship Rocketeer stuff.

Not a fan though I've only test ridden one. It was OK I spose but so are the Jappers...

one day very soon we are all going to be riding a different beast altogether, I just wish they would hurry and make the thing so I can buy it?

 

What is it you may ask, well if I know I would be making them, but sure as night comes after day bikes are going to change at some point in the next 20-30 years.

Speaking of roads - they nearly cost me dearly the other day.

I decided to ride into town and was happily on my way when I came up over a rise to find a bus coming towards me - all good - give him some room - that was until I saw the massive hole that had opened up on the road in front of me. I had no where to go!! So I slowed down as best I could before the hole, then released the brakes and hoped. Man I hit it hard!! So hard that I stopped to make sure the tyre was good and no other damage!!

Fucking thing nearly killed me. I reckon if I was being a bit of an idiot and going a bit harder, I would of had an off.

I have never seen them in the flesh but the tourer cross roads looks good to me. The space ship version looks like shit and I'm fucked why Victory even released from the drawing board. I'm looking forward to the Victory powered Indian.
