Im new to this so hope this works.... Bought a new 2012 FXDC Superglide Custom back in May. Put on Vance & Hines Big radius Pipes, Heavy breather, stage 1 chip, forward controls. Pretty happy with bike so far, have a few more plans for bike until i get it to what i want , but as you know all takes time & money.

Only once have I scraped bottom of pipes cuttting a corner pretty hard but that was because there was a dirty great bump in the road (RTA gotta luv em) and the tip of the pipe scraped over the top of it. Didnt do any damage thank F*#@
Had me feet on forward controls scrape the ground a couple of times when ive come in hard on a corner or round about, but never the pipes. maybe im not havin a crack..lol

How ya finding ya new ride? pretty stoked with mine so far.. ABS took a bit of gettin use to....also find it a bit hard in the ass end at times,the factory setting for preload is screwed back as soft as it will go.would like to lower the ass end, a bit hesitant to change it it case it affects handling as its niceto ride as is and really easy to throw around which i find really good.
Lookin at puttin new set of bars on , also toying with the idea of a bobtail fender, seen one on 2010 FXDC ... looked good... , maybe a bit more bling, before gettin a bit more serious.
