Yep. No excuse for what he did. Even if he was cut off, still doesn't give him the right to kick a car. Both should be charged for their offences. And no, I'm not politically correct, just right.

 WTF, was my initial reaction, the car has moved across to try and block him off, he gets past, then its on when he boots the car. BUT WHY?

We don't know the circumstances,

Were they husband and wife having a blue?

Did the car try and kill him back up the road a bit?

Did he cut in front of the car back up the road a bit?

Was the car driver simply having a bad day?

Untill we find out the reason this happened, we can't point fingers at anyone.

FACT, a motorcycle is hardly going to hurt a motorist when they are STOPPED.

BUT a motorist can kill a motorcyclist by tring to run him down like what you see.

Apart from who is in the wrong. If it's the bikes fault, car wins. If it's the cars fault, car wins. My point is the car will always win! 

Stay away from them and ride safe. Leave the road rage alone and learn to be happy riding our machines. Please think about this next time you are in a road rage situation.
