Some guys in the states bikes are having the 02 sensors mixed up at the factory with the fron't to the rear etc. Make sure there around the right way with the black 02 wire going the the rear cylinder.

Update 25/8/13 This last week the shop finally agreed to have my ride in and break it open again (still always smelling of oil, always running hot, under powered - just not right at all.

Been pretty shitted with the whole thing havent been for a good ride since the last work was done because I knew there was something wrong.
Didnt want to pull it apart because that would void any re work that would need to be done.

Long story short squashed O Ring, fixed and the re tuned and bike runs hard now its everything I thought it should have been way back when.
    lessons learnt.
Stick to your guns if you know there is a issue make them fix it ( i thought a month of moaning and pissing would have been enough but it took close to 8 months)
Know your ride (I did and I was right)
Let the shop stand behind their work - they did and hats off to them over that didnt charge me a cent and got it fixed in the end.
Learn to do the work yourself (this is where I let myself down I should have just done it myslf and got the knowledge I will in the future.

As for the ride its a huge difference at least 30-40% more power runs on hard and goes strong everything I thought it should have done, cam even feels better than before.

No more oil leaks due to increase pressure in the top (oil return blocked)
No more over heating runs right at around 114-116 C now as it should have not 165 C

Sorry for the late update but like I said it olny just got fixed right this week.

Cheers all and gold star to those of you that mentioned the O Ring in the posts above (I have re read them but I know someone mentioned it).

thanks all for all the hellp. (if some what late for the thanks).

    thanks
