     Went for a ride today and one of the new bikes was the Boss Hoss. 454 cu in chevvy motor. First in Australia apparently.

    Reckon it might be a later model Chev big block . 502 maybe .

    there is an orange one thats been riding around the illawarra and southcoast for about twelve months

    Yes, for clarification it is the first in Australia with this size motor. The owner mentioned another one with a smaller motor. Gets along quick but too much power to open up too much when taking off as it goes all over the place.

    always fascinated by this bike  ....... the devil on my shoulder says i should try it , but my guardian angel reminds me that i am likely to kill myself when i twist the wrist

    ive seen a few around.. They're a nice novelty / show bike which shows what can be put together..

    I'm not a fan.

    Can't deny they're HUGE and FAT and POWERFUL looking etc but asthetically they're like a chick with tits or lips too big - or a Body Builder who's spent waaay too much time on the upper body weights and neglected the legs (we've all seen 'em).

    Kinda sorta outta proportion and just wrong - for me. My two cents.
