Hi Guys , going nuts trying to narrow down my choices for buying my next ride.. Want a cruiser so figured out road glide, electra, ultra etc but have noticed a lot said between the changes they made to the frame , swingarm and the larger rear tyre from 2009 onwards.  I have been looking at those models 2009 pretty much for that reason.and also want 96 or 103....  But dont want to be discounting some low mileage bikes prior to that if it is not such a big deal.. anyone ridden both?  Much Diff? 

It all depends on how big you are mate. If you are carrying 120Kg, then you really would be crazy to look at 96ci. But if like me, you are only 65kg, then I reckon it don't matter too much. I just swapped out the cams, and my bike goes hard and I am happy.
