Fatbob dual lights on an Iron?

I love the twin headlight setup of bikes like the Fatbob and Triumph's Thunderbird, and am keen to get something similar for my Iron. Has anyone done this? I'm not sure if there is a kit out there somewhere, or if I'd need a cooperative mechanic to help me out.

Wont fit on an Iron they use a narrow glide front, might on a 48 as they are mid glide.

mmm...mid glide you say? I like the look, but would be better if both lights had a high & low beam so they were both on.

The dual hi and low is an easy thing to do on them.

This looks like it could work:

What do you think? Seems like it would be a pretty straightforward install, at least to my amateur eyes.

I am also interested in fitting them to my 1200 custom. My reasearch so far indicates there is a fork width issue so you will need to mount them more forward than the stock lamp.

I plan to give this mod a try - just waiting for a fat bob owner who doesn't want the dual headlight look to sell them to me :)

I saw that site the other day - that's the look I'm after. Do you know anything about the lights themselves (are they off a specific model or just generic aftermarket, etc)?

Thanks, Walka. Would you happen to have any pics handy of these lights fitted to a bike? And do they come in black?

Saw my first Fat Bob "in the flesh" the other day, and damn, that is one sweet machine! Definitely have to find a place for one of them in my garage at some stage.

Getting back to the point though, I just noticed that Aztec8 also do a dual "slot" headlight as well. All I can say at this point is that it is an "interesting" look. I'm not sure I'd really want it for any bike of my own, certainly not without having seen them in person, but they'd look alright on the right bike.
