There are a couple of threads running at the moment re: the imposing of high visibility clothing and front number plates for motorcycles in Victoria. I am sure most of you would have already signed up at the website mentioned in the thread.
I received the local suburban Leader newspaper yesterday and it contained a 2 page road safety Vic government survey. I presume all Victorian local newspapers must be carrying this survey. Please see below the questions regarding motorcycles - shrewd wording " motorcycles to have the SAME amount of identification as other vehicles" - the non-motorcyclist will certanly respond "yep, why the heck not?". This survey needs to be posted back (free post).
Requesting all those who received this survey to take a few minutes and post it back so that our nanny state head honchos are aware of our objection to the proposals.
This is the actual link to that survey, please fill out (can be done more then once say if u have 300 in your family be sure to get them all to do one) http://myviews.justice.vic.gov.au/?utm_source=roadsafe&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=roadsafetysurvey I think this is just as important as the petition as the dumasses in govtd only pay attention to what they think is worth looking at, and they have said in a few papers this is what they will be looking at...
click on have your say...karn peeps do this shit,, submissions close soon
I think if someone has to post it back they wont.
Did this on line again, seems like the other survey.
I just did the survey four times using a different postcode each time. And i live in NSW! Hahahahaha. If we all do this it should really screw up their results.
Really this survey is just bullshit. they'll jsut fudge teh figures to suit their agenda.
my 2 cents ... i reckon the hi viz is cammoflage for their agenda to introduce front number plates
