The inside of a mates 07 Road King headlight glass has become foggy or for want of a better description it's hazed over. It's definitely the glass and not the reflector. Can anyone tell me if there is some way of cleaning it? Is it easy to remove?

mine is the same on my softail std been meaning to clean it. mine has a chrome ring that holds the glass to the shell. just un-do it and the glass should come out.
I think you'll find it's a one piece item. I might be wrong. In fact i'd like to be wrong as mine is crap as well.

Easy Peasy boyz,
Need a few items from the local hardware store,,,,bottle of windex, small supa glue, and some of those little felt pads ya get for thingz not scratchin the furnature.
Remove that chrome ring and pop the headlight out, remove the wiring, and globe comes out leaving a small hole.
If ya haven't got any wild mice around home yal have ta go to the pet shop and buy one.
Next, cut four small pads of felt and supa glue em to the mouses feet,,, squirt a small bit of windex into the hole at back of the headlight , and you guessed it, simply pop the mouse into the headlight, felt pads and all.
Mouse probably won't perform that well first up and it will look like a slow proccess.
Fast forward, call up the moggy from next door and show him the mouse in the headlight.
Cat gets excited, mouse goes into panic mode and the inside of the headlight gets cleaned and polished quick time.
If the mouse dies of heart attack, piss the moggy off, empty the dead mouse out , then stick some felt on one end of a piece of wooden dowel and do the job yourslf.

EDIT: mangaed to do it, no worries. It was pretty dirty. First mouse died of exhaustion, but the second one did the job.
