Anyone got a 200 rear wheel on their street bob? How much did it cost and how much work goes into it? I think it'd look fucken mean!

Will it take a 180 without a kit? Or did it require work?

I know you can get a 'wide tire kit' that makes it fit a 180 but i dunno why they would if it fits in a standard guard. maybe the wide tire kit means you can fit a 200 aswell. I'll have to check that out. wouldnt mind getting the bobtail rear fender too.

I run a pirelli nightdragon 180/55 18 on my 07 Bob, custom wheels fitted, as previously discussed to go to 200 requires work on the indicator wiring/ mounts and the captive nuts for the guards, kits are available to go to 240.
But by then I reckon you shoulda bought a Rocker. Lol

200 fits under the std guard but I recommend you relocate the rear indicators as tyre will rub without doing that.
Rim also needs to be changed to 5.500" or 6.00"

Yes as stated 200's can vary. Avon 200 on a 5.500" measured 195 from memory whereas Metz 200 is full 200mm wide.

These are 18" diameter rims/tyres I'm talking about

Search for my 200 post if you want more in depth info

And to finish, beer is good.. Ahhh

Hey guys, this is my 1st post. I am in the process of running a 200rear tyre project on my 2013 FXDB. The rim for the back is 18x5.5 to wear an Avon Cobra 200/55 18. I am also changing the front from a 19 to run a custom rim 21x3.25 wearing an Avon 120/70 r21. Watch this space for a completed roject with pics. Am in  Adelaide , SA

the 21 inch wheel is officially on. Pity i could not use the aftermarket Arlen Ness calipers with it as they are a bit too close to the spokes of the 21inch wheel. Here's a pic of the avon tyre on . Rim size is 21 x 3.25 .Tyre is Avon Cobra 120/90 R21. Looks nice and fatt. Stay tuned for thepics of the 200rear soon!!!
