Tips for heavy clutch handle

After a top end build, cam and stroker kit the old shovelhead had too much grunt for the old clutch.  A heavy duty replacement fixed that but the clutch lever is now very heavy duty too and not much fun around town.

Are there any easy solutions out there or do I need to toughen up and live with it.

I've been looking around for a solution while waiting for a reply and have come across a few options.  One is the White Bros Ezy Clutch.  My shovel has the Rev Tech 5 speed box fitted.  Does anyone know if there is an Ezy Clutch option that will suit this tranny and where I might get one.

Installed the Mueller power clutch which replaces OEM inner and outer ramp assemblies. I use the SE clutch spring & the pull is a lot easier with the Mueller installed. Got mine though M&M/Drag specialities. A little pricey though but it replaces the whole assembly, where as the White Bros kit, which is a lot cheaper, bolts to the existing operating mechanism.

Thanks for the advice I might have a look at the hydraulic options or by one of those hand and forearm strengthening springs

I think Magura make them but you might be just as well getting a genuine Harley unit

Do you have a quality cable? it needs to be teflon lined and free of any tight bends or kinks properly lubed, clutch adjusted as per manual. if you have done all this you could remove a clutch and friction plate, or install a mousetrap, ps if you keep thrashing that shovel and slipping clutches you`ll fck it!!!!!
