Scored mine last week $340 & fitted it yesterday, it's a simple job.
The odometer data is copied over by plugging the new speedo into the data link connector (adaptor cable supplied) behind the left side panel & turning on the ignition key.
Removing the old speedo only takes a few minutes & the new gauge swaps in easy. It then takes a few moments synchronising to the ECM. The speedo will lock to your ECM after 50km.
Here it is in all its MPH glory, swapping to KMH only takes a push of the back reset button. Shown with default lighting colours (customisable).
There is also a gear indicator (for 2008+ models) which lights up in the top right corner of the lcd panel next to the speed. I didn't buy the fuel sensor kit so just have the default fuel light.
I wasn't a fan of the chrome trim ring at first but once on the bike it contrasts nicely & looks good.
Cheers.
Slap.
Looks very nice. I hope they bring out a 5" version.

I'm getting one fitted next month when the bike goes in for a service
I too prefer the look of the dual guages (S/T) and would like to fit the Tacho converstion kit to my new 2013 110th Anniversary sporty once it arrives here in Oz (just waiting for 'that' phone call from Sys's @ Campbeltown). Does anyone know if it is still available as an option for the latest year models??
iam running a dakota digital in red display ilove it has gear dis ,tacho,1/4 mile function for split times ,temps fuel guage and a heap of other shit its cool
