    G'day all,

Been reading up a bit trying to get an idea of what way to go exhaust wise.

    stage 4 103" with (I think ) the SE259e cams.

The US forum has a few threads saying that a 2 into 1 is better for torque in the lower end / midrange using those heads & cams, 2 into 2 for the top end.

Not being technically minded with cams & heads & shit was hoping some of you might have already gone down this road?

Chasing useable midrange, not really looking to ring its neck all the time, so whaddya reckon?

    cheers, stumbly

    I am a 2:1 man
    brands that are good are
    Freedom exhaust
    D&D
    Rinehart
    Bassini
    V&H pro pipe
    Supertrapp

I would also look at other brands of kits
    S&S
    Tman
    fuel Moto
    R&R Cycles
    just a couple

I put a stage 4 in mine and did alot of research. it was Ando who pointed me in the direction of a few of the above brands, i went with the D&D fatcat and cant be happier.
Lots of diff opinions but i think it is of major importance to complement a proformance engine with a good set of 2 into 1s. Ive had builds before and always run 2 into 2s
and my mechnic has said for years put 2 into fucking 1s on. well i have this time and i have great mid range which is where i want my power. I would never go back.

Yeah I've bought a bit of stuff from M&M's so I'll go with them, just thought you might have got a reasonable deal somewhere in oz.
Ando, going on a brand spankin '13 fatbob.
Getting all the work done before pick up mid oct.
yeah, I know, fkn expensive way of doing things but being 2 n 1 fifo I always run out of time. Another bloody overpaid cashed up bogan apparently.
Besides, ya uncle porky just got a brand newie so gotta keep up with the jones's eh?

The reason i asked what they are going on is because D & D have not make up the righrt bracket for them to fit on the models with ABS yet and are still sending the old ones out.

It is an easy fix though to modify the bracket but just giving you the heads up.

    Check this out

Maybe they will have new bracket sorted by the time ya get yours

    PM sent
