Hi all ,burly slammer-kits say not for sports models, are they referring to sportsters? Sounds like a silly question but I am trying to resolve an argument haha!! Also if anyone has installed the kit is it true you need too remove the cover too avoid clearance issues?

 Thanks for all the responses - I won the bet!! BTW had a ride with new setup and it actually feels better than stock and didn't bottom out once - very surprising!

Just don't hit any cattle grids doing 110kph. My Burly kit cost me around $4k in engine work due to bottoming out.
