Starting to get some parts together now for the 120r crate motor that I was going to fit and not touch
I am still waiting on my domed CP pistons from GMR and the Tman 662-2 cams are in the post
Got S&S lifters with travel limiters
SE cam plate
Zippers dual piston cam chain tentioners
and the required gaskets
hey Ando just curious why you never went the the sprocket drive cams instead of cam chains??
TMAN 662-2 cams have arrived
I got the 2011 120R that didn't come with the SE cam plate but the SE compensator, 2012 120R's come with the cam plate and not the Compensator
I have .030" cometic Head gaskets coming to use instead of the SE 0.040" Head gaskets as well
Funny you say Hogbag got some more bits yesterday so with some nice wether today I might get a ride in change then syn oil to some mineral with new filter ready to start stripping down during the week and get the barrels over for re-bore whilst I up at work next swing
New ne CP pistons even have GMR written into their tops

went for a aride with norm and BT yesterday come home and dropped the syn oil put in fresh mineral oil (using the scavanger puck) and had the sled stripped down by dinner time
Barrels are getting machined, heads are getting cleaned up and having new valves stems seals and beehive springs fitted all other bits have been cleaned and are ready for when barrels and heads are done
Ha Ha Ha ,,, Hilly, you'll hear the fireworks from your place if they're not M8.
on second thoughts, he'll prolly want them finished before he goes !
soaked the SE pistons in some mean green degreaser for a coupla days,,,,,,,,,,, BTW these SE pistons are a nice bit of kit
