well today my 2010 super glide failed a blueslip :-( due to the bike being fitted with a vance and hines exhaust, i cant seem to get hold of a std exhaust can anyone help me or point me in the right direction for a cheap legal exhaust, really i only need it for half a day then it will most likley get put in the back of the shed never to be seen again

which V H is it?
maybe able to tone it down for the test

im not sure how to tell what model the V H exhaust is but i think it is a VANCE & HINES BIG SHOTS STAGGERED EXHAUST (just by looking at the pipes on ebay)

the blue slip bloke said that it needs to be orig harley or be stamped with the adr compliance or something like that

hopefully chopaweeza will chime in as he will know if those pipes can be complianced.

I would have thought they just needed to comply with noise requirements.
You can tone them down with baffel wrap. just put heaps on. You only need it for compliance so dont worry about the bike running crap. Just get the certificate and pull it all out again.

And do not buy a bike without the complete stock OEM exhaust system

Just think 15 to 20 years ahead

You know what original factory Kawasaki Z1 and z900 exhausts are worth now !!
