ive already had a look around this great site, but im wondering how to pm somebody, is this just a reply to original query?

 Hey Critter,

If you look to the left of this message then under my name there is an oval with PM in it.  If you click on there then you get to send me a PM, a personal message, which doesn't apear on the forum.

Alternatively, on the right there is a list of users currently on line.  Under that is a heading of 'My Messages'.  If you click on the links under that then it takes you into the PM system and you can PM any registered user, as long as you know their screen name.
