Can anyone solve this problem

Purchased a sert in 2008 and 2008 disc that worked fine on xp, That comp shit itself so purchased a laptop with windows 7 home premium, The sert software loads and in the tree string shows the listing of sert files loaded. When trying to open sert programe, a window saying Nolan file cant open, In the sert tree, the nolan file is the sert execute file.( maybe Nolan is the manufacture of the sert software) Tried using Window 7s feature of opening sert programe in earlier windows versions, No luck, Dealer said they dont know and I should contact screamin eagle, Yea right, Dont think Harley head office are going to have a mag with me, any ideas??? cheers 

Try running the program as Administrator?

Right click on the Icon

I have heard that it doesn't run on Windows 7. You may want to check with HD as you may need a newer disc if they have it running on Win 7 with later software.

I'd say you gone frodan 32 bit version of windows XP to a 64 bit which is what 7 premium is. So no, ain't going to work.

Hi Guys, Was at the Harley shop today and bought sert cables.. they had no software and told me i could download it
Where I cannot find it anywhere?
Anybody know where this can be downloaded?
I thought It needed to be purchased and there is a training dvd also that you can buy..

OK regarding the tuning do you guys book out a dyno for the day or do u's meet up somewhere and do runs to gather the data yourselves?
Can or is it possible find maps that have already been done for certain builds?
Is anyone prepared to have someone look over their shoulder to pick this up?
