If I'd gotten to a stage with my SEPST tune where I was happy with its output without a Dyno tune, would I notice any real workd benefits from going and buying a TTS?

If you've still to spend the money then go TTS

If the money's already spent then stick with what you've got.

    That's my $0.02

Apparently the interface will record hours of data without a lap top, it will also automatically save the stock map & the last map you downloaded.

Well I am not going to spill the beans on the new unit but what I will tell you is we started shipping Beta Test units out to selected dealers last week. We will wait on there feedback and move forward from there on getting the full public release of the system. One thing I can tell you is I've heard all kinds of things about what it is going to do, some true other not. What the system has when we first release it is by no means what is is capable of doing and we will add feature as we get them fully tested as they can be field updated. The unit contain three micro controllers and 16 megs of memory so it can do a lot!

My info was from Doc1 over on HTT. I was of the opinion he would be one of the people that would have a finger on the pulse.....unless it's it's some one else using the same handle.

Got some news on the TTS
It aint all as it seams,,,,,,,,,,, the new TTS is a BETA version so will only do the older Delfi stuff, the CAN BUS still is available for the later softails, the dealers have been given the BETA TTS to try and give feedback. Hopefully the BETA version will just be just software updates and not a whole different unit.
So if ya got a Later model Softail don,t get ya hopes up yet

Rumors, Rumors Rumors got to love it!

Beta testing is going and so far so good but its going to be awhile before we allow the testers to use all the features that are already in the product they have. Once each part has been fully tested with no issue the next part will be turned on.

OK. We have been getting a fair amount of calls asking if BETA is for Public people and the answer to that is NO. If you get one of the Beta testers to sell you a kit what you will be getting is NOTHING. No warranty, No support and NO refunds so please do not try it. Each unit is known by us and whom they have went too. In order for us to work through any problems that may arise we do not want, nor will we have the public involved. All it does is slow the overall process and to that end we will not deal with the public at all, until a public release is made.

This is how it needs to be for Beta Testing so it can move forward as quickly as possible. We want these out as much as everyone else does but we want to make sure that when it goes out, its as correct as we can make it.

The new systems requirements are a minimum system of:

    Windows XP sp3 or newer
    1 Ghz processor
    1 gig byte memory
    USB port only supported

These specifications are a very basic machine by today's standards and should be capable of any Note book or Net book type machine as well as most PC's

I'm happy to tune with my lap top on my bike but there's been no updates for months with the old TTS system. So what's the plan for the old TTS unit. Will it be made redundant or are you planing to keep updating with the new software when it released.

Hey Steve, How long are you expecting the Beta testing to take? Weeks? Months?

At what stage of the testing are you going to start shipping to the "retail" and update as more testing is done?

    Cheers Nads.

How long all depends on what we find out. If things go as we hope a few weeks should be enough Beta Testing but if problems are found they have to be resolved and tested again. So far things are going fair. Have found a couple small issues which are being resolved. It has to do with running on various PC's with different operating systems. These are the kind of things we expected could happen as Window cannot do anything the same each time they change, just part of the deal though.

    Hi Guys,

I thought that I might crash into this thread out of left field while every body has their eye on the ball.

Hogbag switched a light on for me that I have been meaning to ask for sometime, What is the latest TTS version update released for 09 TC 96ci ? my TTS version is 1.83.
I have on several occasions commanded the Updater to grab the latest version but nothing has come forth, just curious really, do I have the latest version?

I bought TTS back in early 2010 version 1.2 I think, I would have to go to the laptop for confirmation, but I remember asking and receiving updates on a regular basis for a long time, then nothing over the last 12 months.
