Yes. Mate at work has done it to his new 2012 wide glide. 

Had it done before he picked it up. Put the LED stop tail under it. 

 HD stand for Heaps of Dollars usually, but if they really want the sale and you say "looks like I'll have to settle for a second hand bike with the mods already done you might get lucky.  In my case they threw in a heap of accessories to win the deal.
