Question - If you buy a bike from a dealer and that dealer supplies a RWC with the sale, how long after the RWC has been issued does the RWC become invalid?

E.g. Bike hasn't been changed since purchase, EPA issue infringement notice on bike, is the dealer still liable for repairs?

Ignorance is no defence in the eyes of the law, once the bike leaves the workshop the shop will not accept any responsibility, try and make them accept responsibility............no chance, best just suck it up and deal with it yourself. just my opinion.
