G'day guys,

I'm a big lad, 120kg+ and I want to make a change from the good looking but uncomfortable tractor seat that I have now.

Can other wide bodies give me some ideas for a comfy saddle?  I'm not bothered about 1 or 2 seater, I just want to be able to get off after a couple of hundred kays without feeling like shit.

The Mustang Vintage Solo seems pretty popular as far as comfy seats go. I think a couple of the guys on here have them.

Sundowners are comfortable

Mate...same prob. Solved mine by getting a Sundowner deep bucket touring seat. Also, another important thing to realise is that the foot position also has an important part to play in seat comfort. I mainly do long rides without any probs. Good luck.

Had a quick check of the Sundowner but I think I like the look of the Mustang Vintage Solo.

Hmm. I don't hate that Sick Saddle but I'm not sold on it. Underneath me, it would look like my arse was poking its tongue out...

Just paid for the Mustang through M&M Cycles, $280 USD including shipping, I couldn't find it any cheaper here in Oz outside of a couple of dodgy looking Ebay ones...

Will see how long it takes to get here...
