     Hey fellas,
Just curious about getting a few opinions on which Harley would be better suited for me?
    Im 6'2 just under 90kg.
Love the bobber look so probably a forty-eight with w/walls etc or even thinking of a Fat Bob or Night Rod for the mrs to jump on the back of.
Thing is i got my Open bike license almost straight away when i got my license (17yo) have ridden dirt bikes and had motards on my bike when i got it but havent been back on a bike in over 10yrs.
So just wondering what you more experienced guys think would be better suited just to get all my road awareness back to speed and something to get comfortable on again.

Cheers for the opinions and advice,
    Brett

    Hey Morry, and welcome.

I'd say go for the FatBob but I am bias.  The best thing to do is to take your time, try a few out on demo rides and make your informed decision from there.  They all have their merits, but in different ways.

The Rods don't have a good name from passngers IMO, but I'd love one as a second bike.

I like my FB because I have it set up as solo most of the time - and that looks good - but two screws to change the seat to a two-up and a clip pn back rest and my good lady is happy too.

    Cheers,

    FatRob.

6"2, 70 odd k's and have a FatBob. Could ride it all day. Bought the extra wide comfy Sundowner Deep Bucket seat for the missus as well as a sissy bar. She has nearly fallen asleep on the back whilst on a cruise she was that comfy.

Glad I test rode it and glad I bought it.

Two words of advice Brett ,  TEST RIDE . If you,re thinking new , Harley are doing 24hr promo tests at moment . If you can wait till Sept - Oct , then maybe look for a 110 Anniversary 2013 version of the model you like .

Get one of each, then you can ride to your mood.

The alternative is a scooter, zip around town cheap and look "great"
