After a huge headache from a US supplier sending me a piece of crap & a lot of work later done by a mate I almost have got a decent product to make a mould from, here are some pics hope you guys like them....
Some pics with it on the bike taken on Saturday 7 / 7 / 12 another test fit today should tie up any loose ends...........

watto that is just the plug for the mould but it has to be painted before i can pull a mould off it.. i will post more pics later but here are some pics what it looked like before all the work was done on it .....
Notice they used mild steel nuts just pressed into the fibre glass, would have vibrated out
Notice the different angle on the top view of the cover, the vents were at 2 different angles...
watto I did post it on 1130.com & I ended been banned for life, it was one of the sponsors that I was bagging on that forum with photos aswell.. The sponor was Exotic Body Parts
watto I sent the guy from Exotic Body Parts an e-mail showing him the up dated pictures & guess what I got no reponse from him, when I posted the pics on 1130.com he sent me a glowing e-mail thanking him on my review & then got me banned for life & my review removed....
Once I get a mould happening & start making some I will be laughing in his face.....
