Hello people would anyone tell me any way to modify my se slip ons to make them more free flowing.
The SE2 slip-ons on my bike when I got it had a slight modification to them according to the previous owner. He removed them and punch a 1inch hole through each baffle. The baffle is the only thing that stops the noise in them so if you want it louder you need less baffle. Of course legality goes out the window but who cares. Most cops look at the brand of exhaust and not measure the sound for defects. In our groups experience anything V&H is a sticker, SE slip-ons seem to get through?? Noise not really an issue as they never actually measure it..

i had sonic ( still have ) slip on's, & got a steel rod & hammer leavered the baffle out a bit.
but depends what SE slip on you have, some are restrictive, the made in Australia Sonic are like Cycle Shack & some of the SE slip ons were probably made for HD by Cycle Shack . but i have not looked at the newer SE slip ons to know what's inside. see if you can get some Sonic they were cheaper than SE & work the best. . i have gone 11.27 121.5mph in standing quarter on my street dyna 95 inch twin cam with sonic slip ons. that speed was still in 4th gear . so they work.
