Gday, fitted the thunder max yesterday took it for a small wrap up n down the drive way right away i could tell it was running better. put the helmet on n took it for a quick ride the sound of bike sounds better a little deeper it seems a lot better easy to hold at 100km/hr,thottle response is great   all up im impressed i wasnt expecting this much of a change ,the bike is a different bike loving riding it now. i all so fitted a stage one scremin turkey air filter which i would say helps alot. i will give it a few runs n adjust the idle it idles high when started hot but thats not a major hassle.if any one is consedering the thunder max i would put it high on my list, easy to fit easy to understand insructions( yeah i no i need spell ck)

Great stuff Jim, I agree the Thundermax is great, mine did the trick for me. Good thing is if you ever do a 1200 big bore one day you're all set.

that was the main reason for buying it .i can change settings down the track if i ever want to play a bit more.that was the big seller for me as where i am located there aint a lot of shops around that have a dyno handy or a lot of expertise playing with harleys.
