Hi All, been about 2 years since i sold my bike, but have finally got another one and am keen to go riding again, are there any rides being planed for the south coast/illawarra

Put one up and see if you get any takers.

Few of the lads are going up Braidwood way from Merimbula this Saturday. I dont know if I can say it on the forum. Anyway its the Winter Rally . Your idea of rides on the South Coast , sounds good.  

 

Put a post up bud for a planned ride. It's funny hey. Some weeks mates will want to ride and there'll be a pack of you and then other weeks you can't get one bloke to ride with you. The South Coast / Illawarra needs a casual Harley club for just "rock in - rock out" riders who just want to ride together.

It's always more fun in a group and sometimes people are too busy to set dates or can't make it so they miss out.

More Illawarra people need to plan rides from the gong down south every month or so. There is too many packs of two or three people on Harleys all heading in the same direction.

Hi, I'm from the gong as well and would be up for a ride most weekends down the coast or whereever.

 

Should meet up for a ride one weekend bud. Even if it's only for a few hours...

Like i said, the more the better. I went for a ride with 2 mates on Sat and there was a big mental health awareness ride on Sunday but i couldn't make it cause my son had his footy knockout. Word has it that 500+ people turned up...

Yes, I went thru Jamberoo on the way back from Kiama Sunday about 2:00pm, there were hundreds of Harleys parked out the front of the pub. Looked like a great day.

Yep was on that ride i think the count was 800 bikes of allsorts. not a bad day. i work shift work have one weekend off a month, maybe we can coincide a ride what does all think.
i am also toying with the idea of setting up a charity run to Perth. not sure where to start with that.

I think raising money for kids with Cancer (Maybe), was thinking stopping at major towns and cities, like i said, would need to do some homework, get some sponsors.
And i guess i would need numbers

 

Mate good choice of charity. I would be more than happy to throw a hundred $'s your way for kids with cancer.

As for riding to Perth however.... I'd have to sit that one out. That's a fair bit of a mission.
