How much of a bike has to be made by HD in order to be claimed a Harley?

Is it a bolt?

Only the frame?

The motor and frame?

I don't think he is selling it as a Harley But by putting the name in there he gets a lot more exposure and everyone that types Harley into the ebay search function see it...You see it often even with jap bikes...

I must say I have seen plenty of bikes I would rather own in the "show us your bikes" sections of this Forum.
Some of the work/Mods I have seen here (To Actual Harleys) leaves that thing for dead (Except maybe for in engine size 121 Cubes sounds big)
