If it was my bike, I would be waiting for him with a shovel & a bag of lime in the boot of my car! Fucking dog! I bet he was relieved to get bail, as a lot of outlaw clubs have a lot of Bros in the nick waiting for him. He will go to jail eventually & you can bet he is going to get gang raped if he dosen't go on protection like most dog & maggots! Right fucking wack! As for you Chopper, I doubt if this wanker would tarnish your rep too much mate, as you are held in too high in peoples esteem if the responses in this forum is anything to go by! Quality & top service has it's own rewards!

I have heard of using a piece of conduit and barbed wire.

They stick the conduit up your arse, then slide the barbed wire in, and pull the conduit out. Now you are left with a big long bit of barbed wire hanging out of your cake hole!! That's gotta hurt!!

    **Update**

A few of us went to court yesterday (Tuesday) to testify against Richardson. He ended up doing a plea bargain and pleaded guilty to 5 of the 11 counts of fraud.

He will be sentenced on Friday in Brisbane Magistrates Court @ 10am.

Some relief at last for the victims.

Glad to hear you're finally close to getting a result against the fuckers!

I've got no time for dodgy pricks who rip people off.

It's not the same as a bike I know but me and the missus got shafted by a pool supplier, we're out $17,000 (started at $12,000 then costs saw it inflate as lodgements and fees increased it).

We went to VCAT, got a judgement (they didn't pay), went to magistrates court (they didn't pay), then consumer affairs victoria got involved for them operating without a valid builders license (fraud charges still to come).

When we went to court and saw consumer affairs victoria's prosecutor looking professional and them that shafted us looking worried and it felt good.

So I say go to the sentencing, sit in the front row and make sure them that shafted you know you're watching when they finally get some of what they deserve!

Link to newspaper article about the company that screwed us over.

Spotted this in the Courier Mail...... Harleydude you would already know I'm guessing....

Unless there is some other form of restitution through civil proceedings...or other means, it doesnt look like any victims got total justice.

A BRISBANE Harley-Davidson dealer who fleeced outlaw bikie gang members and a former V8 Supercar driver has been told he should have thought twice before ripping off his customers.

Jeffrey Brian Richardson, 46, from Chermside West, was yesterday sentenced to at least 11 months behind bars for swindling five customers by selling their bikes without permission, netting $200,000.

Supercar driver Russell Ingall lost $22,000 after his Harley was sold, and Gold Coast Bandidos president Sava Cvetkovic lost $20,000 when his bike was sold.

Crown prosecutor Sam Bain told the court five customers entrusted their bikes to Richardson so he could display or customise them. They only realised their bikes were missing when Chopperworks in Albion went bust in June 2012.

Richardson’s barrister, Douglas Wilson, told the court his client had been threatened several times by at least one man “associated with outlaw motorcycle gangs”.

District Court Judge Ian Dearden told Richardson there was a saying that applied to his bikie clients: “When you sup with the devil and you steal the devil’s gold, you just can’t do it with a long enough spoon to avoid the consequences.”

Mr Wilson told the court one victim, Brian Murphy, whose $70,000 Harley was sold without permission, had confronted Richardson.

“(He has had) visits from Mr Murphy, who has sat in their lounge room and said he will have the money for the bike whether it comes from Jeff or they sell the family home and pay him,” Mr Wilson told the court.

Mr Wilson said Richardson and his family had moved around Queensland to try to avoid being located by his creditors.

Police arrested him six months later when they found him living under an assumed name in the coastal town of Bowen.

He was found with a loaded handgun and a knuckleduster, and yesterday pleaded guilty to possessing illegal weapons.

Judge Dearden said it was concerning that Richardson had tried to cover up his fraud with the “disappearance” of the business’s computer server and records before a liquidator took control.

The judge said none of the victims had been repaid.

“You chose to defraud others in a hopeless attempt to keep the business running,” Judge Dearden said.

Richardson was sentenced to 4½ years in prison.

How's the fact that he got 4.5 years but will only serve a few months or maybe less with time served ... the complete justice system is fucked if he got 4.5 years he should serve the whole time with maybe a small amount of time off for good behaviour ... maybe .

Not to totally Exclude the Rich and Famous victims because they also are victims but how long will it take some of these people to save up their hard earned money to buy another Bike if they already haven`t been turned off the bike scene .

    Tim .

The judge said none of the victims had been repaid.

What does that mean... his customers just got fucked for doing nothing wrong other than trust their bikes to him.. Why are Richardsons assets not liened? He gets off scot-free in 4.5 years (albeit with an A hole the size of a bucket)

The fact is, liquidators milk everything that is left anyway. They're as big a crooks as the defaulters.

I've just received the best news. I originally lost a significant bike deposit on a dodgy Harley import deal from the USA through the ChopperWorks fraud fiasco. I had placed a case with the justice department for a claim through their vehicle claims scheme but this was initially rejected based on insufficient evidence to warrant a claim. Through persistence, patience and a shit load of pushing, I escalated the case and today was advised that my claim will be processed. ?????????????? What a relief! I would however like to acknowledge the other people who in total lost $500,000 and are not likely to see their money or bikes again. Justice has prevailed for my case and I'm so grateful I persisted. ???? thanks to all those that have helped and supported everyone involved in this mess over the last few years. ????
