    I've made exhaust systems for all kinds of performance cars, i'm yet to make a set for a bike, but if all you are looking to do is mod your existing set then it should be easy, work out what bends you need and order the mandrel bends, i mostly use stainless, but mild steel will do the job also. I usually try not to use heat wrap as it really effects the metal over time.

    Cut out the sections/bends/angles and mig/tig it togeather, you can 'tak' weld it on the bike then remove and weld.

     Hey mate 

    If you live in the brisbane area I took my bike  into Fat Pipes exhaust shop one saturday morning and told them what i wanted and two hours and $200 later we made a set of two into ones ,so just head to local exhaust shop and ask ,it was to easy (baffle was $35 )from rollies

    i havnt ordered from them for quite some time, Tubesales 39 Temple Drv, Thomastown VIC 3074, Australia (03) 9464 3864, you can get all sorts of stainless bends, funnels, tapers all in top quality stainless for a great price....i've made a few exhaust systems using these.

    Im made my own for my Iron Head Bobber a few years ago,

    Took me about 2 hours and $100.00 of bends , I tyred Wraping them  but wasn't happy so I then got them Cermaic Coated.
