The ABS Sensor fits inside of the 52mm hubl with 25mm wheel bearings as they are thinner.  You already have a 25mm axle but you will need to possibly cut down the exterior wheel spacer for the ABS sensor.  I do not know what size on center the fork tubes are as that will tell you what hub you can use.  This might be a good opportunity to buy a second right side 41mm "Bagger"  slider (you need a set of the 412mm "Bagger" sliders because they are different than what you presently have) .  Your (#1 priority) must match the hub rotor face (actually the rotor) to the center of the caliper so the brake(s) will work..  You can add hub spacer(s) or shim the caliper(s) depending on your measurement you are trying to achieve.  You can also machine down the hub depending on what hub you buy.  This is a Softail with a pair of 320mm rotors and real Brembo calipers on a laced 17" "Bagger" wheel for much better tire/rubber selection.  HD makes many different F to F fork tube/triple trees so you must measure first. Yes it can be done.  Remember that you will have to buy a new hub mount 300 mm rotor if you wish to retain the stock single sided caliper mount slider.   Please note that the new (example below) fork tubes are 2" longer and longer aftermarket "Beer Cans" were purchased as we wished to increse the ride hight for cornering.  These forks will not be able to direct bolt up a caliper (twin Cam) like you have utalizing a 300mm rotor.  You must use either a OEM Bagger or V-Rod Brembo caliper for that or use your caliper and 11 1/2" rotor(s).  Good luck on your endevor!
