mine has em no baffles noisy as shit but i wouldnt have it any other way legal as long as you dont get caught ( loud pipes save lives )

Just buy some second hand org pipes for when you get done, or get to know other sportster riders in your area who have their org pipes that you could borrow one day.

As far as aftermarket pipes go SE2 are pretty quite, ride it with respect to those around you, and you should be alright, ride it like a fuckwit, and rev the tits off it at midnight and they'll probably ping you for them.

SE2 i have been done once for noise but i was told just back of a bit lad round town i never get over 2100 revs as Ross said ride it with respect and its not a problem but i still keep the stock pipes wrapped in an oil rag just incase ride and enjoy it
