Running a 250 on my Heritage

You need to work out EXACTLY what size you want.
    A lot of variables

Off the top of my head
With the 250 it went somthing like this
    Cut frame (gaurd struts off)
    Swing-arm
    Pivot bolt
    Axel
    Wheel
    Tyre
    Gearbox offset plate
    Guard
    Spash plate
Narrower pully or machine down original (needed to run a narrower belt to fit more rubber)
    Wheel spacers
    Belt
    Spacers Ect for primery
    indicators
    Brake-light
    Paint
If you are not doing this yourself, you can add beer & cash
The list goes on & on

    Add that up for starters

A 180-200 is the way to go,
If you do choose to go that way.

Or just sell it & buy a bike standard 200mm rear

mate you've done a great job the bike look awsome, i'm sure it took a lot off time and money. i've got plenty of time but not so much of the money so  i'm only looking at 180-200 max and even that mighn't be possible. i'd like to keep the swingarm and maybe go with the chain option, any sugestions. thanks mate hope the weather is better up there. melbourne is wet and cold. cheers
