Anyone know what's the idle RPM for a EFI 96 cube , mine seems a bit high . lowest about 970 rpm's when warmed up but sometimes after a 10 minute ride will idle at 1200RPM's then drop down when I stop again . 

Factory set at 1000 rpm from memory. Mines been dropped down to 976 through the super tuner.

Yours may be a separate issue completley if it starts low, then goes high.

it was doing this when it was a stock 96 now 103 stage 4 same thing but if yours idles about the 970  too , mine must be ok
