well, I have been warned, I have been told, didn't listen....
I had my ex, Vulcan 900, for 5 years and not a single little drop, my Road King 2011, not even 10mths old and its at the second leak already.
first was at the oil cooler, somewhere, now is above the oil filter, I am not sure if there is an oil pump in there or not, I guess I will take it to the dealer to have it fixed anyway.
i am just annoyed about the inconvenience....
Ride safe!

What makes ya think you're so special with an oil leak...they fucken all leak....if ya so dissappointed in it, piss it off and get another kwaka 900.
i should've started my post with "i love my bike!", which i do!
is just an oil leak, you're right, they are at it for over 100 years now and still can't make a dang seal right.
isn't this an annoyance in itself?
Harley's moto
Dont fix it, just make it bigger!
Somebody smarter than me on here realised that his bike wasnt leaking oil, it was just marking its territory.
The japs cant get their bikes to leak like a Harley Davidson can.......... but no doubt they will find the technology to copy this aspect of the greatest marque!!
im just trying to work out from the picture where it may be leaking oil ...... you checked that its oil and not something like steering head grease ???
as for ""you being warned" .. hmmm , just wait till you tell people that you are gunna buy a Ducati
degrease it then ride it to see where its leaking from.
it also could be one of your jelouse mates that warned you not to buy one, they could of got the oil can out and playing a joke on you.
Yes, she is marking its territory, I probably just wanted to show off my bike.
Happily live with the few drops of oil on my garage floor, but realistically, we could do without.
When my shovel stops leaking I'll let you all know, what's the bet that never happens
