I'm looking at swapping my giant grey stock A/C for a smaller RSD Black Ops Turbine or something similar.

One quote I got was about $460 for the A/C and fittings (which seems average) but they also said $800+ for a super tune...  To me, this sounds a bit extreme just for the sake of wanting a smaller A/C. Are there any small filters out there for 'Sporty's that will go on without the added expense of a major tune

M8, that big Aircleaner will give you more horsepower than a small aircleaner. just for example, my twin cam 95 ran 11.27 121mph with no aircleaner at all then with a CV51 screamin eagle aircleaner it ran 11.8  115mph.

i'd choose something like the S&S teardrop thats stylish & works also well made. but what ever makes you feel good yourself i'm just telling you what i found myself.
