    Hi,

Below is a request and some info from a lady who says some personal collectables (letters) were (possibly) stolen from a home in Cameray near Sydney.

Items relate to Mr Bert Martin, 451 Miller St, Cammeray

    thanks, James.

    Hi James
Im still learning on the computer & would love some help. The thieves
will be someone I know as there was no breakin & I have a large dog.
I've been trying to sort out all the old thing my parents have stashed
away after living nearly 50yrs in the same house. It's amazing the
    things you find!
I knew my fathers racing history but had little idea of his past
contacts & letters to many people that are now part of our history.
I've discovered letters from people such as Phil Irving, "Bus"
Schaller & Clarry Rial that developed the spring valve on the Indian
    Excelsor.
My fathers letters from the Harley factory were sent during his racing
career between the late 40's through to at the latest the early 60's &
were stolen sometime after mid January this year. I'd like to get the
word out so that they will be hard to sell & to hopefully get some
back. They were sent to Mr Bert Martin, 451 Miller St, Cammeray in
Sydney Australia. Most would have to do with ordering parts or to do
    with modification of parts.
Thanks so much for your Email, any help you can provide is much appreciated.
    Kerry Martin.
PS- Ive included a photo of my dad in his racing days. Please let me
know if there is anything else that may help.

that really sucks. especially as it seems some one knew of them and may have been a family friend. hope the pricks get nailed big time. Bad enough have anything knocked off but personal posessions that can never be replaced is just low.
